Building shell without windows and doors from the river side, intensive bricklaying work in the first apartments, renovation of the marina along the Oława River. The Angel River construction project in Wroclaw is undergoing intensive work.
At 15-19 Walońska Street in Wroclaw intensive construction work is being carried out on Angel River – a property development project of the Angel Poland Group.
“The river side part has already five floors, which means that it has now reached the status of a building shell without doors and windows. Bricklaying work is under way in the apartments and installation work in the underground garages,” says Sebastian Bieńkowski, the technical director of Angel River. “At the same time, the reinforced concrete structure of the 9- and 17-floor part of the project is being built, with up to 150 employees working on the site. The work is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2018,” he adds.
Recently the investor has also renovated the marina along the Oława River. “We’ve renewed and partly replaced the boards on the walkways and on the pier at Walońska Street. In addition, we’ve refreshed the metal structure and performed maintenance work on 300 m2 of wooden floating elements. The renovation has cost a total of several tens of thousands of zlotys,” says Sebastian Bieńkowski.
The property developer is also going to rebuild the intersection of Traugutta and Miernicza Streets. The latter will thus gain its extension as a route leading to Angel River.
Over 70% of apartments sold
The buildings will house a total of 341 apartments with an area from 24 to 118 m2 with the possibility of combining them – from studio apartments to five-room suites. They will have terraces, balconies or loggias, with an area of several to several dozen square meters. In addition, Angel River will provide a number of amenities, including an over 200 m2 fitness zone with saunas and spas, an elegant lobby with a meeting area for the residents, a children's playroom, an area with several dozen parking places in the underground garage for guests or a charging station for electric vehicles.
“Angel River is very popular with customers. Only the several dozen last apartments are still available for sale. This means that more than 70% of them have already found their owners. In the case of larger Angel River apartments – ones with an area of over 100 m2 – those with a direct view to the river are in the biggest demand, while smaller apartments are treated as an excellent investment due to the immediate proximity of the city centre, recreational areas or business centres,” says Natalia Sawicka, Angel River Sales and Marketing Manager. Another important thing, besides the location, is the fact that we have prepared an appropriate structure and functional layout of the apartments.
Angel River is another prestigious investment project of the Angel Poland Group – after the recently implemented OVO Wroclaw and Angel Care in Wroclaw as well as Angel Wawel and Angel Plaza in Krakow. The general contractor is Karmar S.A., which has carried out such projects as Rezydencja Foksal and Grzybowska 43 in Warsaw or the Silver Tower Center in Wroclaw. The architectural design of Angel River has been prepared by the Maćków design studio, on the basis of a concept developed by Gottesman Szmelcman Architecture. The total cost of the project is estimated at PLN 110 million.
